Commencement Registration Info

COMMENCEMENT REGISTRATION INFO

Only students who have submitted the SCC-Continuing Education Adult High School Diploma Petition to Graduate or have earned a HiSet certificate can participate in the Commencement Ceremony.

  • Class of 2025- Summer 2025
  • Class of 2026- Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or Summer 2026

Those who have petitioned to graduate will receive an email on behalf of the SCC Vice President of Student Services inviting students to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.  Emails will be sent after Spring Break.

Steps to Register:

  1. Click the link on your email invitation to complete the online registration.
    Graduates must register online by Friday, May 15, 2026  (11:59 PST)
  1. You will be redirected to Microsoft Online
  2. Log in using your Self-Service credentials
    1. Username   (school-assigned email such as az12345@student.sccollege.edu)
    2. Password
  3. Complete the form
  4. You should receive a "Submission Completed" screen at the end

If you did not receive an invitation to participate in commencement, please submit an inquiry form or call the graduation office (714) 628-5943.
